SUMMER CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS -20%

  • How it will be carried out: The campaign consists of automatically applying an additional discount of 20% for minimum orders of 5000 lei with full payment for all products that are not on promotion on the website https://divaniesofa.ro/ and in the Divani&Sofa' showrooms, the code SUMMER20 is automatically applied in the shopping cart on https://divaniesofa.ro/. The voucher code SUMMER20 is not cumulative with other vouchers. The discount is not cumulative with other existing offers.

The organizer of the campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is LUXURY FURNITURE SRL (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), headquartered in Ilfov, Otopeni, Drum Garii Otopeni 2 A, with serial number in the Trade Register J2019004746232, unique registration code (CUI) RO33461752

The campaign runs from June 1st to June 30th, 2025, 11:59 p.m.

III. CAMPAIGN LOCATION

The campaign will take place online on the website https://divaniesofa.ro/ and in Divani&Sofa showrooms.

IV. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

Any legal entity and any natural person with a minimum age of 18 years (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") at the time of the start of the campaign, who buys online from https://divaniesofa.ro/ or from Divani&Sofa' showrooms, can participate in the Campaign.

V. CAMPAIGN RULES

In case of placing the order online, the invoice will be issued based on the data provided by the Participant. The Organizer is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the provision by the Participant of incorrect, incomplete and/or false data at the time of account creation and/or at the date of placing the order.
During the Campaign period, orders can be placed online and in-store. The Organizer will not be able to accept orders sent by phone or email from Participants.
In the event of returning a product purchased by using a discount offered in the Campaign, regardless of the reason for the return, the refunded amount will be equal to the amount actually paid by the Participant, namely the product price on the product purchase receipt/invoice, minus the value of the discount granted in the Campaign.

VI. DELIVERY OF GOODS

For products brought/made to order, the delivery time is the one mentioned on the site, see the Useful Information section by accessing https://divaniesofa.ro/informatii-utile/ . Although we do not want this, there may be changes to the delivery time. In this case, we will contact you to decide how you want us to proceed with your order.

VII. CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

The campaign regulations are available, free of charge, to any applicant (and/or participant), on the website www.https://divaniesofa.ro/.

The organizer reserves the right to modify or change the regulations, provided that such modifications are published on the website.
